Synopsis of the book Metamorphosis is a comprehensive overview of diverse upcoming and existing Singapore graphic design talent, documenting the outstanding standards and craftsmanship in all aspects of graphic design and visual art (vector graphics, typography, illustration, characters, t-shirts, street art); as well as providing an analysis of contemporary Singapore design through visuals, texts and interviews. The book also pays tribute to some of Singapore's established designers who have made an impact on the global design community. Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean spoke at the Committee of Supply Debate in Parliament today. In his statement,
he made an assessment of the trends in our security environment and the active roles we have taken to enhance maritime
security. He also spoke about the investments made to build up a defence force that can deter aggression and our active
pursual of defence diplomacy. Mr Teo also gave an update on the progress of the 3rd Generation SAF transformation
efforts and reiterated that training has to be tough and realistic and conducted in strict accordance with
